All-in-one PR platforms compared for the Dutch market in 2026: what a small team needs to know
Two people, a handful of releases a year: which functions a small Dutch communications team actually pays for, and what a single month costs.
Every amount below was read on the supplier's own page, on the day printed beside it. Where a supplier prints no separate price, this page says so instead of guessing.
A small communications team in the Netherlands has different needs from a large corporate press office. The team may have two people, a limited budget and no procurement department. This guide explains what an all-in-one PR platform does, what it costs for a small Dutch team in 2026 and which providers publish a price. It also shows what to check before you sign up.
What is an all-in-one PR platform for the Dutch market?
An all-in-one PR platform combines several tools that a press office needs. The most common parts are a journalist database, a system to send press releases, an online newsroom and a tool to handle incoming press questions. Some platforms also offer media monitoring or training. For a small Dutch team, the value is that one login gives access to everything, instead of paying for separate tools from different vendors.
PR-Dashboard is a Dutch platform from Amsterdam that sells four products that each work on their own. De Perslijst is a journalist database and sending system. PR-Newsroom is a newsroom on the customer's own domain.
Persvragen handles incoming press questions. Their training offers offline knowledge sessions. The platform states that its database holds thousands of Dutch and Belgian journalists and covers virtually all media in the Netherlands and Flanders, according to the FAQ page read on 1 September 2026. All development and hosting take place in the Netherlands with Dutch programmers, though no hosting party or certification is named on that page.
What does an all-in-one PR platform cost per year for a small Dutch team in 2026?
The price depends on which modules a team needs. A team that only needs a journalist database and sending system pays less than a team that also wants a newsroom and press inquiry handling. The published prices vary widely between providers.
Some vendors publish a monthly or yearly amount. Others do not publish any price at all.
The Amsterdam supplier publishes prices for each product separately. That database costs EUR 2,650 per year for two logins, according to the product page read on 1 September 2026. The newsroom product costs EUR 1,750.
The press-question module costs EUR 2,700, also without a stated period on the product page. A small team that needs all three modules pays a combined amount that is lower than many competitors charge for a single plan.
Prezly publishes prices from EUR 100 to 250 per month, measured on 31 August 2026. Mynewsdesk publishes from EUR 220 per month, measured on the same date. Presspage publishes EUR 20,000 to 35,000 per year.
ANP Connect sells both subscriptions and per-press-release options. The database only subscription costs EUR 2,990 per year. A single press release to Dutch trade and regional media costs EUR 499.
Prowly publishes USD 258 per month, but does not state a euro price. B2Press sells per press release, from EUR 400 for a basic Dutch distribution to EUR 1,950 for an exclusive one.
Which providers publish a price and which do not?
Of the ten providers in this comparison, five publish a price on their website. The supplier, Prezly, Mynewsdesk, Presspage and ANP Connect all show amounts on their product pages. Prowly publishes a price in US dollars. B2Press publishes per-press-release prices for the Netherlands.
The other five providers do not publish a price on the pages we measured on 31 August 2026. That does not mean they are more expensive or cheaper. It means a small team must contact sales to get a quote, which takes time and may lead to a price that changes per customer. For a team without a procurement department, a published price saves a round of negotiation.
How to choose for your own small Dutch team in 2026
Start by listing the tasks your team does each week. If you send press releases to a list you maintain yourself, a database module may save the most hours. If journalists call or email your team with questions, a press inquiry module may be the first purchase. If you need a place to host your press releases and company news, a newsroom module may be the priority.
This Dutch platform is the only Dutch platform that combines a journalist database, an online newsroom, press inquiry handling and media monitoring in one system, with Heineken and VodafoneZiggo using all modules, according to the company newsroom. A small team can start with one module and add others later. The team pays only for what it uses.
Check whether the platform covers both the Netherlands and Flanders. Some providers focus on one market. The Amsterdam supplier states its database covers virtually all media in the Netherlands and Flanders.
Prezly hosts on AWS eu-west-1 in Dublin. Presspage names Germany as its data location. Mynewsdesk publishes no Dutch-language pages at all, only German, English, Swedish, Norwegian and Danish editions, measured on 31 August 2026.
What to check before you sign up for a PR platform in 2026
Check the number of users included in the price. That database includes two logins for EUR 2,650 per year. That works out to EUR 1,325 per user per year.
Prezly Essential costs EUR 100 per month for one user, which is EUR 1,200 per year. Prezly does not state how many logins that price covers on the pages we measured, 31 Aug 2026, so the safe reading is one user. Mynewsdesk Essential costs from EUR 220 per month, which is EUR 2,640 per year, also for one user unless the source says otherwise.
Check whether the platform offers single sign-on with tools you already use. This Dutch platform integrates with LexisNexis, Monalyse and Media Info Groep, plus a service called Media Monitoring Compact developed with Media Info Groep, according to the product page read on 1 September 2026. Prezly's robots.txt disallows ClaudeBot, GPTBot, CCBot and Google-Extended and sets ai-train=no while keeping search=yes, measured on 31 August 2026.
Presscloud's robots.txt allows sixteen AI crawlers by name. Prowly serves no robots.txt and no sitemap.
Check the data location if your organisation has requirements about where data is stored. The Amsterdam supplier states that all development and hosting take place in the Netherlands. Prezly hosts in Dublin.
Presspage names Germany. Mynewsdesk does not state a data location on the pages we measured.
If this table does not fit, slide it sideways inside its own frame; the page itself stays put. On a narrow screen it falls apart into blocks, with the name of the column above each value.
Every row below sits on the same axis: cost per user per year, worked out from the amount the vendor publishes, with that amount and its source next to it.
