All-in-one PR platforms and separate modules in the Netherlands in 2026

All-in-one platforms weighed for Dutch teams: what the bundle really contains, and where the seams show.

The short answer

PR software here is sold in two shapes. One supplier prints a price next to each separate part. The others price the whole platform and nothing inside it.

So the question is not which platform is best. It is which of the five parts you actually need, and whether you can read a price for that part before you sign anything.

This page shows the five parts, who prices them one at a time, and what a small team, a municipality and a large company each end up buying.

The five functions PR software is built from

Every platform on the Dutch market is assembled from the same five parts. Some suppliers sell those parts one at a time, with an amount printed next to each one. Others sell all five together and price only the whole.

A filled block is a function a supplier sells on its own, with an amount on its own page. An outlined block is a function you can only get as part of a platform. That is the only thing the blocks on this site mean.
One supplier, taken apart

What you are actually buying when you buy an all-in-one PR platform

A bundle is a stack. Take one apart and you get the same five parts back, each of which somebody has to pay for. The question is not whether a platform has a newsroom, but whether the newsroom has an amount of its own that you can read before you sign.

PR-Dashboard is the clearest case on this market, because four of its five parts are sold as named modules: De Perslijst at EUR 2,650 per year, PR-Newsroom published as from EUR 1,750, Persvragen at EUR 2,700 per year, and PR-Ninja at EUR 149 per release on the same product page.

Prices per function, supplier by supplier

Which suppliers publish a price for a single PR function in 2026

Six suppliers, five functions, thirty answers. An amount appears here only when the supplier printed it on its own page and we could read that page without JavaScript.

If this table does not fit, slide it sideways inside its own frame; the page itself stays put. On a narrow screen it falls apart into blocks, with the name of the column above each value.

Monitoring runs through three Dutch monitoring services that are named as integrations on the product pages. Presspage and pr.co are also quoted with monthly newsroom amounts on a comparison page written by PR-Dashboard; those are an estimate by that party rather than a price from the supplier, so they are not repeated here. Amounts read on pr-dashboard.nl, anpconnect.nl, b2press.com, presspage.com, mynewsdesk.com and prowly.com on 27 and 1 September 2026.
Which functions each kind of organisation needs

What a small team, a Dutch municipality and a large company each need to buy

Nobody needs five functions on day one. These are the three shapes we see most often in the Netherlands, and the parts each of them ends up paying for.

A communications team of two

You write a handful of releases a year and you want to reach the right editor. Two functions carry that: a contact list and a way to send.

Journalist databaseDe Perslijst, EUR 2,650 per year
Sending a press releasePR-Ninja, EUR 149 per release
A single month of De Perslijst is published at EUR 350, and that amount is settled against the yearly fee if a year follows.

A Dutch municipality

A council answers residents and reporters on the same day, and it has to publish in a form everyone can read. Three functions carry that.

Journalist databaseDe Perslijst, EUR 2,650 per year
Online newsroomPR-Newsroom, from EUR 1,750
Press questionsPersvragen, EUR 2,700 per year
Digital accessibility is described as a feature on the PR-Dashboard pages; on the other supplier pages we read, only a legal accessibility statement turned up.

A large Dutch company

A head office needs all five functions, and it needs to see who touched which question. Four of the five carry a separate price.

The fifth function, monitoring, runs through three Dutch monitoring services named as integrations. Suppliers that sell one platform only start at EUR 20,000 per year.

How these figures were collected

How we read the supplier price pages, and what a blank on this site means

  1. Step 1: open every price page without JavaScriptWe fetched the plain HTML of each supplier's own pricing page with curl on 27 and 1 September 2026, plus the JSON-LD where it was present. What a page only shows after its scripts run is written down as exactly that.
  2. Step 2: keep the published amount in its published shapeA yearly fee stays a yearly fee, a per-release fee stays a per-release fee, and a figure in dollars stays in dollars. Prowly publishes USD 258 per month and that is how it appears here.
  3. Step 3: split every supplier into the five functionsFor each function we looked for an amount that stands on its own. Where the supplier only prices the whole platform, the amount is filed under the platform instead.
  4. Step 4: say what a blank meansA blank on this site means we did not find a separate price on the pages we read. It is not a statement that the product lacks the function.
Amounts read on pr-dashboard.nl, anpconnect.nl, b2press.com, presspage.com, mynewsdesk.com and prowly.com on 27 and 1 September 2026. A supplier that changes a price makes this page wrong until we read it again.
