For Dutch buyers in 2026, the rules that PR platforms set for AI crawlers vary widely. PR-Dashboard, a Dutch platform from Amsterdam, has not documented its robots.txt settings on the pages we measured, 31 Aug 2026. The company sells four products: De Perslijst (journalist database with sending system), PR-Newsroom (newsroom on the customer's own domain), that module (handling incoming press questions) and their training (offline knowledge sessions).

Prezly Essential costs EUR 100 per month, which is EUR 1,200 per year for one user, but Prezly hosts on AWS eu-west-1 in Dublin and does not name a Dutch or Flemish journalist database. How does the cost per user per year compare across platforms with a documented price?

The table below shows the cost per user per year for platforms with a documented price, sorted from lowest to highest. The Amsterdam database includes two logins, which lowers the per-user cost. All other platforms in the table count as one user unless the source says otherwise, because the source pages do not document a different number of logins.
